01 — What is the Analytic Journal?

    What is the Analytic Journal?

The Analytic Journal is an independent, bilingual (DE/EN) specialist portal for process analytics (PAT), industrial measurement technology and process control.

It serves engineers, process technologists and decision-makers who need technically sound information — free from manufacturer interests and marketing language.

The portal was founded by Dr. Klaus Didszuhn and has been published since 2026 by Dusko Kadijevic. It represents over 20 years of accumulated expertise in process analytics.

02 — Who is the portal for?

04 — What problem does the Analytic Journal solve?

What problem does the Analytic Journal solve?

    01

    Manufacturer information is biased

Objective technology evaluation is missing from the market.

    02

General trade media are too superficial

PAT is not covered with the required technical depth.

    03

    Academic sources are not practice-oriented

The transfer to industrial application is missing.

The Analytic Journal builds the bridge between technology and practice — technically precise, application-oriented, independent of manufacturers.

05 — What does the portal offer?

    What does the portal offer?

    Technical Articles

In-depth content on measurement principles, methods, standards and applications

    Technology Comparisons

Structured comparisons (e.g. NIR vs. Raman, Inline vs. Atline)

    Knowledge Database

Definitions, method descriptions, glossary — structured for machine readability

    PAT Configurator

Measurement principle selection by process and target variable

    ROI Calculator

    Economic assessment of PAT investments

    PAT Readiness Check

Benchmarking tool for companies evaluating PAT readiness

Dusko Kadijevic — PAT Consultant · Publisher · Analytic Journal UG

Dusko Kadijevic is not a journalist. He has been active as a PAT practitioner and consultant in the process industry for over 20 years. He understands the decision situations, the typical mistakes, and the trade-offs that arise in practice — and writes from that perspective.

The Analytic Journal was founded by Dr. Klaus Didszuhn and has been continued since 2026 by Dusko Kadijevic. The editorial line remains: independent, technically sound, practice-oriented.
